Ranjeev C. Dubey is the founder of N South, Advocates.

B.A. (Hons), Economics, Delhi University, LL.B., Admitted to the Bar in 1981, he is extensively experienced in main stream corporate commercial legal practice including strategic and general corporate advise, M&A, corporate contracting, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital. He has long years of experience in infrastructure law. He advises domestic clients on acquisition of companies and properties overseas. He specializes in complex litigation that span multiple jurisdictions.

Ramanjit Singh

B.A.L.L.B. from Symbiosis Law University, Pune. Admitted to the bar in the year 2010.

Ramanjit Singh is a Corporate litigation lawyer with over ten years of diverse experience in litigation. He has been engaged in providing a wide spectrum of services to both corporate houses as well as individual clients in areas including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Company Law, Constitutional law, Arbitration law, Debt Recovery Laws among others.

Nishant Bhardwaj

B.A. L.L.B from Army Institute of Law. Admitted to the bar in 2013.

He is a cross discipline and cross jurisdictional corporate commercial lawyer with special interest in Dispute Resolution, commercial advisory and Mergers and Acquisitions.

He has represented global and domestic corporations in high value international arbitration matters under various rules. He is extensively engaged in shareholder litigations in various fora across India. He is also well versed with all facets of criminal and civil litigation.

In the corporate commercial space, he has advised incorporated and unincorporated entities including societies. He is experienced in drafting complex contractual documentation. He has also advised clients on complex commercial transactions such as asset sales, slump sales, stock sales, investment agreements, assignments of intellectual property, acquisition of industrial units, tenders, real estate sale and purchases amongst others.

Sagar Chawla

B.A.L.L.B. from IME Law College, CCS University. Admitted to the bar in 2014.

Sagar’s key focus area is commercial litigation, alternate dispute resolutions and business structuring and restructuring.

He is a specialist dispute resolution lawyer with diverse experience in both civil and criminal laws at both trial and appellate levels. He appears regularly in a wide variety of forums including especially the National Company Law Tribunals, the Debt Recovery Tribunals, theReal Estate Regulatory Authority and the consumer protection courtsamongst others.

Sagar has extensive experience in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, having advised financial institutions, multi-national corporations, committees of creditors and resolution professionals. Rohin Dubey

B.A (Hons) English, Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. L.L.B, O.P. Jindal Global Law School. Admitted to the Bar in 2017.

Rohin has extensive experience in corporate commercial litigation at every level of the original and appellate judicial system. He has frequently been engaged to act as counsel in litigation initiated under company law, contract law, intellectual property law, employment related legislation, and real estate disputes.

His areas of practice include international and domestic commercial arbitration. He has acted as counsel to parties in proceedings conducted under, among others, Singapore International Arbitration Rules (SIAC Rules), London Court of International Arbitration Rules (LCIA Rules), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Rules (UNCITRAL Rules).

He has substantial and varied experience in corporate contracting including domestic and cross-border transactions across a variety of industries. He frequently advises companies on its contract management and general corporate compliance across the entire Indian regulatory landscape.
